During your initial consultation, I will send you a questionnaire, via email, that will better help me assess your needs. Next, I will map out the problems you are facing so we can create practical solutions to these problems and learn ways to avoid them in the future.
After the consultation is complete, we will set up our first meeting. Meetings will approximately last one hour at a specific location. There we will then discuss your problems in depth and work to improve your life one day at a time.
