



Setting goals is the first step to success. Individuals who set goals are more successful in their lives. Goals keep us focused and pointed in the right direction.
Start small - baby steps. You will feel more accomplishment when you acquire several small goals at first. Big goals take years to accomplish. These long-term goals tend to keep our focus because it does take so much time. However, while you are achieving these small goals you gain the confidence to keep focused on the long-term goals.
Keep a journal to record your abilities and thoughts of ways to make them better. The journal will help you stay on track and to note your progress. No goal is too small or stupid. Be specific and don't cheat!
